What am I doing here!.

Hey, just decided I would make a forum for a band I love so much, and it all seemed like a good idea, I talked it over with the band and they agreed, but now I don't know what to do!.

I have created the forum.

flapes.forumotion.net, but I don't know how to change the name of the threads and put the band pics up on the back ground etc, can anyone help?.

This would be very much appreciated.
