Details ranks system

I just thought about it and i think that we should have this option

I this option we can give acp access to other ranks we made or a specific members to access to ACP even if they are not in the Administration group

and we can also select that this group can only the specific part of the ACP

like if we give ACP access to Moderators we can decide that they can only view General And Display in ACP
