well this is really odd...
but try removing this:

go to admin panel-> display-> colors -> css tab if applicable

then locate this code:

#submenu ul li a {
padding: 0.5em 1em 0.65em 0;
margin: 0.5em 1em 0.65em 0;
text-decoration: none;
}
and remove the padding and margin... so your code looks like this:

text-decoration: none;
}

that has got to work
