Okay you can set a opshen that your mod (or admin) can moderate posts

afatar someone posts and hits the "send" butten, a mod or admin will have to ckek it and submit it


for posting a new topic

I think you mean after? And I chose no, because that's more work for a admin of moderator. There is a report button for a post that isn't correct you can report it.
