Sticky position System!

I had an idea when I was looking at my forums, now if this idea can be doen, then it can not only be used on my forum, but many others

I think it would be good to have a sticky postion system. What I mean by that is have a system where you can place a numerical value (Like that of the usergroups) to determine where in your forum your sticky thread is located, this way you can have your most important stickies stay at the top of the forums instead of them getting thrown back down to the bottom of your sticky list when a new post gets placed in another sticky 'ed post.

Example:

If your sticky's numerical value is "1", it will never leave the first thread position no matter what threads are posted in that are stick'ed. Ypu can place stickies in positions "1", "2", "3" etc, so this way you can have your most important sticky's stay at the top where every user can always see them without having to dig through stick'ed threads
