Copyright Infringement

Hi, I'm the owner of a forum at http://bitchfest.tv/phpbb2 and am having a continual problem with copyright infringement on one of your boards at http://sleepingdogs.forumotion.net/forum.htm

I have previously requested that the admin cease copying complete posts from my site and reproducing them with neither link or credit to my site but this has been ignored. Indeed he has continued to copy from my site, specifically on a thread entitled 'Edna: a crock of lying shit.' at http://sleepingdogs.forumotion.net/the-sleeping-dogs-arms-f2/edna-a-crock-of-lying-shit-t160.htm and 'It seems Bitchfest have finally clocked Abstruse' at http://sleepingdogs.forumotion.net/the-sleeping-dogs-arms-f2/it-seems-bitchfest-have-finally-clocked-abstruse-t157.htm

While the owner of the forum is entitled to link to specific threads and comments on my site, I do not allow large sections of material to be copied and reproduced, especially since there is no link provided to the original content.

Therefore I am requesting that the material quoted be removed and a reminder issued to the owner of Sleeping Dogs that he is violating copyright of my site.

Texts that you wrote on Forumotion aren't copyrighted, so you can't sue that other forum for stealing your data. All you can do is ban their IP adress, or protect the material you have on your forum.

You will need to contact Typlo on this matter and provide all info with this. I do not have any access of deleting what you are request.
