Fuji Planet

First Impression (9/10)

  • Aestheticism (4/5): The first thing that I noticed was the awesome banner. This actually made me wanting to join the forum (+1). Also, something important is that the index is not long (+1). The layout and the style of the forum seem good (+1). The icons next to the forums are small, clean, transparent and their quality is high (+1). There is no welcome message or something that will make guests/visitors feel better (-1).
Suggestions: I think that you should add a welcome message in the index (something not long but warm and easy to understand).
  • Activity (5/5): All forums have posts written on them (+1). The "Members connected during last 24 hours" list contains more than 45 members. This means that 1/2 of your members log in daily (+1). In most of the forums, the last post was written today (+1). New posts are being written all the time (+1). There are more than 100 members (+1).
    Suggestions: -

Graphics (9/10)

  • Banner, Buttons, Ranks etc. (4/5): I loved your banner from the first time I saw it (+1). The navigation banner looks very nice too, it is simple and elegant (+1). Although the "Who is Online" button is OK, you should use something better Nazar (-1). The "New Messages", "No New Messages" and "Locked" buttons are interesting. They are simple and they match the whole forum, its content and its style (+1). As stated before, the icons next to the forums are very cool, too (+1).
Suggestions: Make a new "Who is Online" button. Keep the current one as a base but make it a bit more compicated like the banner.
  • Colours (5/5): I like the two basic colours, white and orange (+1). They match each other and the whole forum (+1). The way you have used these two colours in the graphics of your forum is very creative (+1). The background colours are an interesting addition. They are much different than the basic colours, but they match well (+1). Finally, the text colours fit very nice and are easy to read (+1).
    Suggestions: -

Members – Activity – Staff (12/15)

  • Members (3/5): There are more than 100 members and the forum is relatively young (+1). Only two members have never logged in (+1). 1/5 of the members have never posted (-1) and only 1/5 of the members have more than 100 posts (-1). A new member registered while I was reviewing the forum (+1).
Suggestions: Persuade members to post more and don't leave them to leave without posting 10-15 messages, that's the secret!
  • Activity (5/5): New posts and topics are being written while I am exploring your forum (+1). The "Today's active list" contains many many forums (+1). More than 20 members have posted today (+1) a total of more than 200 posts (+1). There is a Chatbox, which is usually active (+1).
    Suggestions: -
  • Staff (4/5): Many different and useful staff groups, every one with a different colour (+1). There aren't too many staff members (+1). Most of the staff members have more than 100 members (+1). The "Graphic Designers" group has no members (-1). The staff contributes actively and supports the forum and its development (+1).
    Suggestions: Find some Graphic Designers.

Advantages:

  • Very nice graphics
  • Very nice colours
  • Enough members and posts
  • Good activity
  • Well organised staff

Disadvantages:

  • Many members with no posts or not many posts
  • Not very good "Who is Online" button
  • No welcome message
  • No graphics designers in the group

Final Score: 30/35 or 17/20

Some suggestions/ways to make your more forum successful:

Advertising/Promoting:

  • Nothing needed here

Activity:

  • You should increase the activity by organising some activities:
    • Interesting topics
    • Contests - Competitions
    • Discussions in the Chatbox
    • Games

Graphics:

  • You can ask for graphics here and you can search our great gallery here!

I hope the best for your forum. Good luck! Very Happy

Thank you for using this service,
