Yeah...how do I change the font color of the Topic Title?

(Not the Link to the Title, but the color of the Topic Title when you click the Link to the Title. The one that appears on top.)

Admin panel => General => Message and Email => Configuration >> Scroll down to "Allow topics title color => Yes => save.
