I think there should be a forum where users can submit resumes if they are looking for a moderator/administrator job.

Admins of other forums can post if they have positions open and any willing members can post their resume. This makes it easier to get staff members.

That's real life. You cannot compare the Internet to real life; people can easily use false information on the Internet (although this can still happen in real life, albeit rare).

I'm refusing this suggestion. The reason above in luie1177 post tells me that users are going to post spam, pointless post. If you need staff you can do this in a promotion section or on your own forum.
