Should we be able to move the username and rank for each user above their avatar if we want?

On any message board I've been a member of, the usernames of people have always been above their avatar image, along (usually) with their rank on the board. I find it odd that that's not so with Forumotion.
I'd at least like the ability to make that possible on our board.

Darren1, the problem is, it can only change by versions, he means he want's to do it in any version.

So far i know, its only possible in PunBB and PhpBB2, by template editing
