I would like to suggest that Forumotion let us download backups of our forums, BUT in an encrypted format that can only be decrypted/read by Forumotion servers. So in case of any data lost, we will be able to upload our forum's databse.

Each forum will have a specific code number or something. If Forumotion deletes a forum due to violation of the ToS, that upload will be automatically rejected.

This might take sometime to build, but I think it's a worthy feature for elevated security measures.
