Blue Outline Ranks

I liked the idea of these ranks because you could change percentages. EG:

I really hope everyone likes these. Very Happy





(Feel free to request different percentages)
True Ranks:










Display ideas:
These would look best on a light background such as #1E90FF or similar.

If you guys actually like these, I would be happy to take requests. Very Happy
