Solved Banner Please

Can I have a banner made please. The size of this forums banner. Could it please have the same background colour and font as shown in my image below.

Just add onto the part where it says 'JLS'.... Add onto it 'Official Forum'.
Also please put these images onto the banner with a kind of transparenty, overlay effect: Make sure you crop out the men and only put on the men onto the banner.
