Hey, your homepage is really cool. I'd give the homepage a perfect scrore, no doubt. I really enjoy your wallpapers and homepage setup; it's very stylish and delicious-looking. Great work on the homepage, bud.
Now, on to your forum index. Awesome forum background, great layout and color scheme, stylish banner; the forum index is just as great as your forum's homepage. Although, everything seems great on your forum index besides of one thing (which dropped the score of the First Impressions criteria by 7 posts)... and that one thing is what I'm about to mention in the next section of the review. - Categories & Forums (Score: 5/10):
O.O Dear lord! I'm telling you one thing; I'm not looking over every single one of your categories and forums, lol. There is way too much to even count. In my opinion, the best thing for you to do is break down your categories and forums majorly; remove the discussion forums that you don't need, and sublink the discussion forums that you do need with other discussion forums of the same kind. I'm rating this half credit for right now. Before you request another review next time, be sure to definitely have your categories and discussion forums cut down a lot.
However, there's one thing that I like about your discussion forums, and that's the images that you have in the descriptions. But still, they are way too large for your forum descriptions, and they take up so much space that you don't even need to use; plus, several of your discussion forums don't even have one of those description images like the others.) Overall, they are very original and I like them. But remember, something definitely needs to be done about the large variety of discussion forums that you have (most of them being discussion forums that you really don't even need on your forum and some of them that could easily be sublinked inside of other discussion forums that you have.)

Banner
The banner fits the color scheme/theme and the forum 100%. However, simultaneously, it appears highly pixelated. Some of the vectors and the outline of the text is a bit scratchy and pixelated. Try to attempt getting that fixed. Oh, and also, the link that you have in the bottom-right of the banner makes the banner look like crap. You'd be surprised of how one small thing on an image makes the entire image look messed up and crappy.
Navigation Bar
The navigation bar is excellent, but there's one problem... the text that you have in each button is pixelated. Also, the background of the 'Register' button is a different shade of the others. I highly recommend getting that fixed. Other than that, the metallic color of the navigation bar matches with the theme and color scheme, and that's what I like about it. - Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 10/10):
I like the gray-on-black color scheme and theme you have. The background image that you have (the huge image in the background of your forum with the two women and those pokemon) is great. The banner, the navigation bar, the Who is Online ? image, etc. all match each other. You accomplished successfully with making the theme/color scheme match. - Images & Icons (Score: 7/10):
The Pokeball forums icons are pretty sweet; not the best, but they're nice. They fit with the gray-black color scheme/theme.
The Whoisonline? image contributes nicely to the theme. However, there's two things that I'm not precisely fond with, and that is that the color of the image is blue and the theme is a gray and black color schemed theme and that the text is pixelation (just like the navigation bar and the banner on your forum.) If I were you, I would change the colorization of the Whoisonline? image to more of grayish color, or atleast destaturate the color like this:
(You can use that image if you want.)

The Watcher usergroup; um, what exactly is that usergroup for? Same thing goes for the Intelligent usergroup. From my perspective, I'd say that they are both useless. The GFX Artist usergroup; the title of the usergroup pretty much speaks for itself, but your forum is more relvant to Pokemon than graphic designing, am I right? The Animator usergroup; same thing goes... your forum is related to Pokemon, not graphic designing or animation. The Game Master usergroup; seems reasonable. I'd suppose that one should stay. The Musician usergroup; I can say the same thing for this usergruop that I did for the GFX Artist usergroup. Your forum isn't about music, it's about Pokemon, obviously. The RPG Moderator usergroup; another reasonable group... it should stay. The VIP Member usergroup; it should stay as well.

What could be done to improve your forum:
Cut down the categories and discussion forums and definitely bring back the activity in your forum. Those are two major downfalls that you need to work on.
The best thing I like about your forum:
The color scheme and forum layout. I really like the gray and black color scheme. Matter of fact, it's been proven that dark themes are more suitable for miscellaneous-type forums, just like your forum.
