MASS PM

First topic message reminder :

I would suggest to the people who created forumotion that they create an option which will allow moderators or administrators to be able to send a Private message to all the members of the forum(eve those who are not a part of a group). I know that you can send a Private Message to groups but I think it will be a very good thing if you could create such an option that you can send PM's to everybody who is registered on forum. I hope that you will consider my proposition and make such an option available. Thank you for reading my suggestion.

This is a great idea, I wouldnt use it for announcements, but for contests and such, it would work great.. This is a very good idea that i would love to see implimented in forumotion forums.

I Vote yes as long as its on the admin page so the Admin can close it off if they want to and if it is only for staff to use on your forum not for members as they could use it for spaming your pm box.

This would be an excellent feature something i would love to have on my forum and something which would be of use to me, it's ok sending mass email but most people just discard it as rubbish and don't read them, but mass PM soon as they get on the forum there is a message for them so out of curiosity they look to see what it is a much better feature than mass email

i honestly would really love to see this feature on our forums i think it's a much better feature than the mass email system as members can choose weather they want to receive emails from the forum with a mass PM everyone has to read them at some point !!!

Easy way to do this. Just create a new group and click auto subscribe with one post. Everyone will be automatically in it. Just pm that group.

This was from 2007 and so I think they didn't have auto-subscribe back then.
