text boxes showing up black?

i have two members who have reported the PM and Post text boxes showing up black, refreshing page does not sort this. they can not see what they are typing?

any ideas what this is and how i can rectify it?

Have you tried the following?:

1) Editing the colour of the text/PM box through the "Colors" management in the Administration Panel? Or alternatively, you can change the text colour.

2) Try changing themes.

3) Highlight what you're typing so that you can see.

I would personally go for choice 1 as it's the simplest to do. If not, then preferably choice 2. Choice 3 can be annoying as you'll need to do it everytime you type a message.

thank you Saket and Base for your help.

the issue is not a permanent one, and is only happening to two members, they do not get it every time the go to PMs or posts.

i will ask them both to screen shoot next time it happens.
