Secondary Topic Titles.
Secondary Titles As An Option?
Secondary Topic Titles.
I propose the option of allowing secondary topic titles in small text for topics in fourms, and if possible, who to allow the ability to(members, mods, or admin only). Here is a snap-shot of a site that uses this sort of feature:

The secondary titles are on the right side of the main topic title, though these titles are also possible to be put undernieth the main topic title as well.
The set up usually looks like this:

Where as, the bottom bar I have highlighted be the secondary title I am explaining.
This can be useful to certain members who cannot fit the entire main topic title into the title bar, or who need a small description text to be added next to the title, to help explain first what the topic may hold. This can be anywhere from entering a long name as a title and the description says what the entirity of the topic will be about, to being a very touchy topic or something that the description may state as being NSFW(not safe for work). Even the first picture I have posted, presents a description stressing the importance of the shown topics, which would be useful for rules and guidelines of individual forums.
Also the ability to pick who is allowed to use the feature, is useful for those of you who may have your sites set up where you may hear that the members never even noticed stickies or announcements in the forums(I hear this quite often, no matter what site I'm on).
Please tell me what you think.
