Forum Style- Major Graphics (Score: 7/10):
Banner What is on the right side of the banner? Looks to me like it was just thrown on there to fill up the space and that red at the right doesn't fit good at all. Make it blue or something. If you just going to put something random on the banner just make the banner small so you don't waste space.
Navigation Bar Not sure what to say about this but I think it doesn't go with the forum that good. I would try and bring the color out a lot more and make it center on the forum then on the left side touching the edge. - Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 8/10): Guessing dark themes are the ones to be right now. I say in other reviews that you should make it so that it isn't dark and make it so that everyone else's idea. You want your forum/site to be different then others and attract the users to come back. There is a topic on the web that has do's and don'ts for dark themes and I think you should review that to get some idea's on your forum.
- Images & Icons (Score: 6/10): You place a folder and an image together and it doesn't look good to me. I would just put the images without the folder so you can see the image better. This way you don't have everything the same.
Forum Style total :: 21/30
Usergroups- Population of Groups (Score: 6/10): I don't see the need for members group to be colored. I would put it hidden so people can see who is staff and who isn't. Having everyone colored is going to confuse people and asking the wrong people questions that should be dealt with to the staff. I would try and change the staff group to have different jobs so others can see who does what.
- Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 6/10): Like I said above make groups that cover the jobs of the staff but don't make it so that there is a lot of job for like one user. For the users like I said above make it so its hidden or its just one group instead of having more user groups then staff groups.
Usergroups :: 12/20
Forum Activity- Post/Member Ratio & Quantity (Score: 7/10): 20571 messages for 86 users is really good. Making your forum look active to the guest that view the site. I would keep going from there getting interesting content for people to view. That is the key to getting the forum running. Content Content Content.
- Users Active (Score: 5/10): 12 users online in a 72 hour period. That isn't really good, I would make it so its 48 hours so that you can see who's online on your forum. You should send out newsletters to users telling them whats going on around the forum each month or two weeks or so. Promote your forum on Twitter, Myspace, Facebook, Bing, Yahoo, and Google. Get keywords on your forum so that the search engines can find the site.
