Notify Admins of the IP Address of New Account Registrations

(There is another IP suggestion floating around at present, but it doesn't specifically address this issue.)

I believe it would be very useful for Admins if they were notified of the IP address of new account registrations.

This would enable us to reject accounts from known IPs before account activation. At the moment, we have to wait until their first post before their IP is divulged.

The method of this notification could either be in the email sent to Admins when a person registers, or it could be logged in that user's profile, so when we go in to activate their accounts, the user's IP is clearly visible.
