Avatar by default to ALL users

Hello everybody!!

Now, when we activate an avatar by default, for thouse users wich haven´t an avatar defined, this default avatar affects only to users wich register adter you activate this option, but not the other users wich were registred before, so that old users that don´t have an defined avatar will continue without it...

So, it would be nice to change that, I mean, that when you activate the default avatar, it will affect to ALL users that will not have an defined avatar yet, not only to new registed members since you activate the option.
