Multiple themes or skins that are user chooseable?

Hey folks I am trying out this forum software and a few others as a friend of mine is wanting to start a new forum and we are looking for the software which has the most options available for forum configuration.

So far we like this software but i am becoming frustrated with the themes area. is it possible to have many different skins (themes) which are available for the individual members to choose from?

I found this thread https://help.forumotion.com/manage-the-appearance-of-your-forum-f45/multiple-themes-t64072.htm which suggests that multiple themes or skins is not possible.

Could someone please confirm this?

It's currently not possible with forumotion right now, sorry.

This must be the only forum software available without that option.

There is no option to install multiple themes in admin panel though you can do it with a trick if you are using phpBB2 or punBB.
