Clickable HTML Empty Clickable HTML

How would I make it possible for a web site address put onto the forum to be able to be clicked by anybody and then they would be taken to that site?

When we input an address now (something like this: http://www.xxxxxx.com/), it is just printed on the forum and when you click on it, nothing happens and so you have to copy/paste to go to the web site.

How could we make it permanent so anybody can input a clickable website http://www address?
Please advise.

Disable external links to guests in messages :
