Every time i import a theme it says "Import ended." and the theme doesnt change

Well thats my problem and im not sure if its the format or somthing.
Anyway i want to use this theme:

edit: o just found out that forumotion has to import it for me so who do i ask?
edit2: ok i just found out that i have to do the css coding myself xD
