So yea I know vBulletin has this and it is much better than having a warning bar. It's better cause it's more organized and people wud know what they did wrong.

Any thoughts on this?

I think there is already a suggestion for this...

Either way, I vote yes.

Apples to oranges really.

I vote "no" simply because, well, this isn't Vbul.

I understand what you're saying though.

As a side note, you might think of taking the time to PM any "offenders" when they are warned, so's the "offender" has a clue as to what they have "done wrong".

But say you are nominating staff moderators for ur forums. You cannot see the pm's they get so how would u know the bad things they did.

It would be much better to stick with the infractions so all the mods could see the history of the infractions

"Nominating" staff for a board?

It's quite easy with the current abilities here, to have an "Administrator's" or "Moderator's" viewable only section to list exactly what you're saying.

At least that's how it's been done on any board I've ever Admin'd, or Modded...including Vbul boards.

If you're simply trying to review the actions of any members PRIOR to "promoting" them to staff positions, I would suggest, that you watch their actions on the board, and evaluate whether or not (based on this)you'd want them AS staff.

PM's are PRIVATE messages for a reason, and "bad things" is a subjective label.
