I don't understand what do you mean. If you mean like moderators has on this forum, go to Admin panel -> Users & Groups -> Ranks -> Rank Administration and you click "Add new rank", title it, and then for Image make the link to image.

on that imange you see the Donator rank in front of the usernames?! how do i do that?! btw i got that pic of a vBulletin forums nor Forumotion company forums...

If this is a Vbullentin forum then its not possible here. If its done at Forumotion I have no clue what they did.
