Credits problem
Hi,
I have bought 1600 credit to get a domain name this morning but I'm seeing that I have a minus 1600.
It shows that I have bought the domain twice which costs 3200 then the added credit is +1600.
The domain name is not yet activiated but I was wondering why before buying anything I have 0 (zero) credit then after buying it became -1600(minus)?
Thanks.

Re: Credits problem
Thanks for the answer.
indeed today the new domain is working which is great.
However, I still have minus 1600 in my credit.
How come?
I want to buy more space but if this is forcing me to add more balance just to get back to the zero then the cost wouldn't be the same?
So what's the deal about it?

Re: Credits problem
Sorry to bump this up but is there anything I can do about it?
I really want to buy extra space but if this is the case I would consider refraining.

Thanks , I already did but no answer at the moment.
I'm really worried about this issue now and thinking to move the forum out before getting involved more.

Re: Credits problem
Hi MrMario,
Any answer?
I'm very annoyed by the ads on the forum and plan to buy some credits to hide them, but with a minus 1600 tha'ts out of question I guess?

Re: Credits problem
Can't believe it's more than a month and no explanation until now. Many members of my forum are avoiding it because of the ads and it's preventing others to join.
I guess my forum is dying before even starting.

Re: Credits problem
Hello,
The English and Arabic support forums have no connections
Try sending Typlo a PM with an explicit title again.

I didn't say the opposite, but I assumed they are owned to the same company?
I created my forum through this website anyway.

Re: Credits problem
No, your not doing anything wrong
Sometimes, you just "persistently" send messages, it's not "spamming" even though you send it "just as often"
