It is with great pleasure that we received thanks from Improviser - One of the big winners of the 2010 Winter contest which was launched at the end of 2009.

hy I have a small suggestion : A contest with the topic : the best tutorial on how to promote your board quickly and efficiently ! Who gives the best indication will win !

Make a video showing how great a free forum host can be. Kick the other free forum hosting company's butts!

^Agreed. It's kind of not fair for those of us who aren't that great at making vids and I've been waiting for the chance to show off my graphic skillz lol.

Well done again improviser ... saw that vid long time ago. hheh.


the guys above have summed it up pretty well.
The contest should be easily accessible for everyone and not pin pointing it to GFX skills, vid skills or other.


But then again you can split the contest into special sections then prepare more prizes ... for example

best tutorial award
best video advertisement
best GFX advertisement
best usage of forumotion award


but the prize last time was very appealing and interested many users.
Handing out credits isn't as awesome as it was a couple years ago.
Mainly because we don't have anything to spend the credits on. I've still got 3000 creds on my site and I've bought everything possible.


So the material gadgets are a great prize move!

I think it'd be cool to have a "Best Tutorial Award". That's a pretty universal and easy-to-do contest.
