[Request] Forum nav bar

Nature of the creation : I would like a custom Black and Blue themed, shiny/glossy nav bar for my forum.
Creation size (in pixels) : About 130x50px
With or without animation : Without, though if you can have a repeating glowing effect around the text, that'd be super appreciated, but you don't have to.
Background color : Black or transparent, you pick.

Text to insert : Buttons should be titled: Home, Forum, Profile, Messages (An additional Red fonted one), Log In (White font), Log Out, and Register (Red fonted). The text without a specified should be colored Blue, somewhat medium Blue, or dark Blue.
Link to the font to download : You can choose what font you want to use, I won't be picky here, as long as it's relatively legible, I'm good.
Font color : Blue, unless specified otherwise in the "Text to insert" field.

Somewhere along those lines is better than what I have, but, I prefer the font on the word 'Home' to be darker than that, and since there's going to be a chain of those buttons, the gloss doesn't seem to flow that well when it curves at that angle, but I appreciate the gradients on both the background and the text. Also, I don't want to be a pain, but if you could, the background to be mostly black, but I like the idea of the gradient, so maybe a background that fades into mostly going from top to bottom? Just some suggestions.

Here's my attempt. Kinda big but size asked for.
Also two versions, one with blue outline, one without. Gave you animated register and message buttons to choose from also.

Perhaps in a font that's not Times New Roman?
