Can't upload Skins

I can't upload a skin. I it does something like this:

Can't upload Skins Picture14-1

and then this:

Can't upload Skins Picture15-1

It won't let me submit a skin even though I have everything correct.

It says:

'The submitted skin is in majority composed of images from another skin. Please provide original skins.'

Try to make your images, not from another skin, this is because you not replace all your base images.

Every icon and every image must be yours... you cant take them from hitskin or from some other web site... try upload it on image hosting sites such as tinypic.com, imageshack.com etc. and then use direct links from there...
