Administrative password and email issues
Hello,
I have written before but perhaps didnt explain the situation very well. I have two issues stemming from one. When I created my forum I used an address provided by my employer. My employer has since changed so now I no longer have that address. Members can't report a problem because the report goes to that original address. I also have lost my password so I can't edit my administrators profile. I can make changes in the forum because I gave myself administration rights under a regular username but I really need to change that original email address. I would be glad to give a moderator any information possible via PM.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Contact Typlo about the issue(Head Administrator of the support forum) and explain your problem to him via pm or if you also want to pm a Global Moderator of the support forum as the 2nd receiver, pm MrMario

I sent Typlo a PM on March 9th and again on May 22nd. Originally I was told I would need a screen shot of the email confirmation I got when we started our forum but of course I didn't take one. At that time I didn't realize that any complaints were not getting through to me. I also have been feeling a bit mortal lately and am trying to make adjustments to the forum so that it could continue should I be incapacitated. The only option I'm seeing is to close the existing forum and start a new one but I am still holding out hope that there is another alternative.

Hello,
The only other suggestion is to forward the information to a staff member and having them send it to Typlo to change the email/password.
