Moderator questions

Is there any way to limit the authority of a moderator? I want to allow certain members of my forum to moderate posts and threads, but not for them to have the ability to delete entire categories and edit other mod and admin posts...

The permissions tab is kind of vague in that department.

Mod's can't delete categories.

You can however remove the right to edit other messages.

Admin Panel // General // Category & Forum // Permissions //Click Advanced Mode // Look for allow users to edit their own message // un check // Save
