Questions about Customizing Forum [Buttons, User Groups]

Okay so i'm making a forum for a server me and a friend made, what i'm wanting to know is how to add a button i made to vote for the server and how to make new groups and how to add color to them and a rank Picture. Thanks a bunch to anyone that can help!

Alright so. My first question:

How do i add an additional Button to my Forum? I created a "vote" button for the Nav-Bar and i dont know how to put the button there and re-route the button to the vote page.

Second Question:

How do I create new User groups and then add a Rank picture and a Rank color to the rank?

Yeah, it would be a button i want to put on the navigation bar that will send it to another website, how do i add the button?

Ohkk... Follow These instructions

Admin Panel > Display > Headers & Navigation > Add a customized menu > Type the Menu (name of the button) > Paste the 'Picture' URL (optional) > Type the 'Text' (optional) > Type the 'Redirection URL" > Check who you want to be able to see this menu button > Check wether you want it to open a new window or not > Save > DONE!
