Help making a banner?

Hello Forumotion! (First post!)
I was wondering if some kind member could give me a hand at making a banner for my forum?
The forum is called BrickCity and it is a forum for LEGO City fans to talk and show their creations!
We are not open for Regestration yet but I'll let you guys no when we are.

Now lets get down to buisness!
I need someone to make me a banner. (That sounded harsh!)
Not a very complex one just a simple banner that says BrickCity in blue letters at the top and a plain white backround.
I would like the banner to be about the same width and hight of the banner at the top of this site.
And please whoever makes me my banner put 'Banner by [insert username here] in the corner.
