How to put Thank button?

i need help on putting a thank button in my forum
i want my thank button to appear where it should appear
i think it's after the posts?
so anyone can help me? i already have thank images
but the thank button does not show up.

Thanks only appear on your topics, it's unable to appear on other Thread Starter except you

then what if my members posted something
good and helpful? how can he benifit without a thank button?
or how can he gain reputation?

he gain from the Thread Starter ( The one who asking for )

for the other, they can vote + at the right side of Post.
