display alignment problem? Empty display alignment problem?

In the first picture, 'Mark all forums read' is high into the homepage message box.

In the second picture, 'Delete the forum cookies' is barely visible because it sits on the category border (near the bottom of the index page).

This problem shows up in IE and FF. Any ideas where to look for the problem? It's possible the forum founder messed with the CSS.

IE is a fucker. It messes up everything. But I don't know why doesn't this work with FF... Try the padding in CSS. I'm not very much of a CSS coder, but this might just work.
