Setting the dimension of cells in PunBB

Hey, can anyone tell me how to set the dimension of table cells in PunBB?



I wrote in red the desired dimensions.

The issue is that the last cell is eating up a lot of space for nothing and cramming the first cell. I cannot expand the forum width alltogether, as I am also using widgets and then it would be too wide for some of my users.
