how to set 'Member can't use Avatar' ?

As the title say,

How to set so member can't use avatar? only defined Groups who can use avatar, like The signature one..

I don't think it's possible to make avatars usable by certain groups, but you can manually set who cannot use avatars. You can do so by visiting the member's profile in the Administration Panel and scrolling down to the bottom where it says "Can display avatar :" and you set to "No". I hope this has helped!
