Members can only have access to the Administration Panel if they're administrators, i.e. they MUST be in the administration group.
Re: How to make a group access the admin panel.
ACP - Users & Groups - Groups Administration - Click this for the group you want to make as admin. Scroll down and click Mark All in Moderator status
Save and see if they can access the ACP
Save and see if they can access the ACP

There is only one group that can access the admin panel and that is the default group. We don't have the option to give a new group access to the admin panel.

Re: How to make a group access the admin panel.
That only gives them moderative status, though. I'm afraid me and MrMario are right. Members can only have access to the Administration Panel if they're in the ORIGINAL admin group.
Re: How to make a group access the admin panel.
yeah i know if member got the default admin group, they will able to get into admin panel.. but they can't see the Coding there inside the forum (like editing the index_body etc), only the founder able to edit them..

You can make a group called Admin but without the access to the admin panel.

Re: How to make a group access the admin panel.
I have found out how. I have to make the main admin group hidden, and make a separate admin that is not, then make the person the rank i wanted, in this case graphics designer, and make him the hidden admin. This topic is solved, you can lock it.
Re: How to make a group access the admin panel.
Since this thread appears to be solved, I will lock this thread and mark it as solved.
