Display sub forum text

I hve recently made sub forums for my forum and have set the index thing to
medium so it only shows the names of the forums. It has done that but is there a way to make it say sub forums: subforum1 subforum2 ect.....

Choose None then. It will show the subforums then.

No what i need is medium index thing but before the list of sub forums it says sub forums:

[Sanket]

Display>structure & hierarchy
Sub-level links on index : With Icons.
Save
Thats the only way.
