How can I make my forum when someone goes to get in to redirect to other site ?

I think it doesn't work.

Just make a new website and link to it from the old forum.

Yes I want to create a new website that it will say that my forum is under construction... So I want my forum to redirect there... I do that because from the admin panel it isn;t possible to havw the forum under construction more than a day...
