Nopes, i generally don't download attachments. You could have used tinypic.com Also, there is no need to be rude.

Anyways, whats the issue?

I did the css edit same as that link, the - + rep button didnt change with the image url i did.

Code:
.vote .vote-bar {
  border:none;
  width: 40px;
  height: 50px;
  margin: 0 auto;
  font-size: 0;
  margin-left: -30px;
  }
.vote .vote-no-bar {
   letter-spacing:-2px;
   margin-left:-2px;
   white-space:nowrap;
   }
.vote .vote-bar-plus {
   background-image: url('http://i60.servimg.com/u/f60/14/80/22/72/rep10.gif');
      background-repeat:no-repeat;

   }
.vote .vote-bar-minus {
   background-image: url('http://i60.servimg.com/u/f60/14/80/22/72/rep-10.gif');
      background-repeat:no-repeat;
   }

Okay, considering you have done the step 1 correct.

Step 2: The 50 & 40 needs to be changed to the actual width & the height of the images you are using.

Also, there is no need for this to be changed.
Code:
.vote .vote-no-bar {
}

I have a question about this. In Jalokim's tutorial the changing of the "+" and "-" is just for PunBB and PHPBB2. Did anyone make a tutorial for Invison yet?
