Category Links

How can I script it so if someone overs the Forum category so that the background links to the Forum so they dont have to click the text, they can just click the background?



For example, instead of clicking on the word "Spam" they could just click on the giant bar to get in

Also, how can I make it so it doesn't show who the Moderators of each category are?

I dont know about the first question but for the Moderators showing:
Administration Panel/Display/Homepage/Structure and hierarchy/ go down towards bottom of page to "Hierarchy" to Display forum moderators, click No. Click Save
