URL redirection

I just opened another forum, purchased my domain name from forumotions, which I now got. Now on the personalized domain name section under general, do I have to check off yes to force the URL redirection? I did that with my other forum and had problems where I nor my members couldn't get on the forum. Forumotion staff fixed that problem for me. Just don't want it to happen with this new forum I opened.

Where are you seeing this URL redirection at?

Admin panel>General then under forums, Forum address> Personalized domain name. Then you will see Force the URL redirection.

Why not click yes and find out then we will know if there is a problem.
