Admin Panel > Display > Avatars Gallery > Personal Avatars > Maximum Avatar File Size: You can change the maximum avatar that a use can use > save

Hmm something's wrong... their avatars are still... huge..... And I cleared my cache.... or are the effects working from now on?

Sometime avatar will only resize when they are uploaded by the computer.
