text colour problems! Empty text colour problems!

hey guys i have a phpbb3 forum with the hitskin xbox theme, now my text in my category bars are black the same as the background aswell as on the portal. how do i change this text colour?

thanks for that Mr mario i didnt realise that was there! but is that the same place to edit the colours on the images below?
if so what block are these that i need to change?
