Port my Forum

I recently bought hosting and want to take my forum and move it to my new hosting company and am curious if I can do this. I checked around and couldn't find any relating information - so apologies if this has already been covered. The big reason is that there's a lot of information that would be a pain to recreate, otherwise I can use phpBB and start anew. Any insight or information would be greatly appreciated and thank you for your time in advance.
