Making forum members only

Is there a way to make the forum by invitation only, they have to have an email invite from admin to be able to sign up for it, would prefer only members have access to the forum, not just anyone happens across it in search or something...can this be done and how?

I dont think that's available..

But there's a way that you can't register except with the adminstrator acception...

If you need that, post it here and i will give you how to make that

Yeah that is better than nothing thanks.

Just wish could make it so no one can see what is there as am using this for alliance forum in a game and prefer other people in game not be able to see it, was going to use it for tactical tips etc and like posting coordinates of enemies etc. Thanks

aaaaah, well, u can make that throught General, Forums and categories, and edit the permissions...

Let who get in from your alliance usergroup..
