I wanna ask how do u manage the time after u post..
My time shows 3 a.m when the actual time is about 11..
How do u change it?

Do you mean here?
Go to your profile and set the correct time zone in Prefernces:
Don't forget to set Automatic time correction to yes, and set winter/summer time correctly.

not that.
what i meant was after u post
there is a small bar above it that show the time when u post right.
the time there is wrongg..
whereas i already change to the correct time on the configuration at the general tab

Sorry but I don't get u.
Just in case, check in your AP > General > (Left menu) Forum > Configuration.
Ajust the time at System Timezone : and save.

Let's say they post at 2pm THEIR time.
Their time may be GMT -1.
That means it is 3pm your time, ok?
Now, when looking at when they post, it will appear as 3pm to you.
This is because if the times were shown as when they posted, all the times would be completely different. We have people ahead and behind us in the world.
