well it's support SMF if you already tried it.

but idk, they said that we need to upload the package inside admin panel, and there is no place to upload such this thing on admin panel :\

forr the phpbb things, you need to edit things in the overal_footer.html , well i already do it, but you need to place the installation also.. well idk where to place it X\

Ah, I don't think this feature is available on Forumotion. Features must be integrated by the technicians otherwise that download will deem useless.

To use it you need access to the sites files so it can be uploaded. Forumotion does not allow this as far as I am aware.

Admins.... please respond. I've been getting a lot of requests for this as well. All the other forums are allowing this.

Hi,

this isn't possible here on forumotion as you don't have access to the required DB Files.

I came to ask the same question about tapatalk..
Doesn't seem unreasonable to request this as a future update to Forummotion - or at least an update that takes forummotion products to Mobile App level.
I would pay for this..

I would also pay. Other free forum services are starting to catch on to this. I use this daily on my iPod and my android phone. I've had request for this on my forum and I would like it aswell. You can have ads in this app so that's not an issue. Also this doesn't give anyone "access" to the DB so I don't see why it wouldn't work there.

In other words everyone wants it and it's highly needed....

Hi All,

At the moment this isn't possible and you can't install it yourself as it is something that forumotion will have integrate to there forums.

I can't say for definite but I think that they are looking into making forums accessible or making viewing forums via mobile devices better using services such as Tapatalk.

In the meantime it would be best to post your ideas and vote in this suggestion topic.

@Guest wrote:forumotion can't add TapaTalk because they use phpBB2 server software, and TapaTalk requires server software written in this millennium. I suppose forumotion could write their own TapaTalk support code (the API is available to do so), but that would be just plain dumb given the security holes in the phpBB2 server code.

Okay, I'd like to know if I wanted to develop an application for a mobile version of my forum, would I be able to do that, or does it require server-side code written to access it?

You can't do that because we don't have access to the database.
