How to have a facebook-like chat toolbar??

what he means is how to have a toolbar just like facebook.. tha one that has chat and being connected with facebook friends.. i saw one too, and i am also interested with it. can anybody share?

you would have to add a code that will conect with facebook.
but then your only going to be connected your not going to be able to get facebook chat on your forum, then chat from forum and it's also going to facebook.

but who knows there may be way..

may be this will help if you add this you will have to test it first of course.
And this will just allow you to post the link where your chat is coming from to facebook myspace and a zillion other places... lol so then when your friends see the link posted then they can click and be able to chat where you are.

At least thats the theory.. like i said you will have to test it but it should work. I will do some testing to see if i can find something that will allow you to connect directly to facebook as well.. but like i said haveing the exact facebook chat on your forum.. i dont know if thats even possible because it's two different host,data base servers... so not sure but i will do some testing.

How to make it to chat with your online users in "your" forum?!!

i use skysa, and the chatbox tab there is already automatic just like in facebook. you can see all online users iin the forum and chat with them, no doings to be added, you just add the chatbox on your bar.

Well, it asks me to get the member code...

When I press Shift + F2, it says that im not logged in...

So, how to login?!!

is there a way that the chatbox in meebo wich is connected to facebook can be added as one of a tab in the skysa bar? coz there's a tab in skysa which you can customize? i hope it can.

Have you tried the Meembo bar? It says you can use the chat to connect to your site.

I'm having problems putting the Skysa toolbar on my forum.....can someone explain to me step by step how to do this?

I don't like to connect the chat bar to other SNS, I 've develop my own chat bar for my own member. The conversation is not stored using any database but a flat file.
